1. Adults: Insert 15g (30ml) of glycerin into the anus once.
2. Children: 10g (20ml) once for 6-11 years old; 5g (10ml) once for 1-5 years old
3. Infant under the age of: Insert 2.5g (5ml) once into the anus.
4. Increase or decrease according to age and symptoms.

3. Side effects 

  1) Hypersensitivity: In such cases, administration shall be stopped because rash, etc. may appear.

  2) Digestive system: Abdominal pain, abdominal swelling, discomfort, heat and other abnormal sensations in the anus, etc. may appear.

  3) Circulatory system: Blood pressure fluctuations, standing-up control disorders, etc. may appear.

4. General cautions

  1) Follow the specified usage and dosage.

5. Administration to the elderly

6. Application precautions

  1) Use this medicine only for enema and do not swallow. 

  2) There is a risk of injury to the rectum's membrane, so insert it carefully. If bleeding occurs due to damage during insertion, glycerin may enter the vessel and cause hemolysis.

  3) The administration shall be performed while observing the patient's condition, and if abnormalities are recognized, the administration shall be stopped immediately.

  4) Discard the leftover without re-using it.

7. Storage precautions

2) Avoid direct sunlight and store it sealed in a cool place with less moisture as much as possible.
